  • Shrink-wrap

    Cartons can be shrink-wrapped in units of 6, 8, or 12 and packed in an outer carton or in a shipper, as per the client’s specification

  • Loose Leaf Packaging

    Quality tea leaves can be packed into various sizes of cellophane bags of 50g, 100g, 200g, and 500g. Specialty bags can be sourced should the client so prefers.

  • Bulk Packaging

    Quality Organic and Non-organic Rooibos can be supplied in 18kg paper bags and Organic and Non-organic Buchu in various sizes of white polypropylene bags.

  • Palletizing and Wrapping

    Orders can be palletized and wrapped, Pallet Identification information attached, etc. as per the client’s specification.

  • Speciality Services

    Export:  We can assist with freight logistics, container loading and export documentation.

  • Custom Retail Packaging

    We can assist with the graphic design of your retail display cartons.

  • Printing of Cartons

    We can also arrange the printing of your retail display cartons.

  • Flavour Profiles

    Various flavour profiles can be developed according to client specification.

  • Tea Bags

    Depending on your requirements, we pack 1g to 2.5g’s of tea per teabag.

  • Foil Pouch

    To increase shelf life and ensure maximum freshness and flavour, tea bags are packed in an air-tight foil pouch.

  • Display Cartons

    Foil pouches are packed in retail cartons of 50g, 100g, and 200g.
